The detail

Designed so every sport plays properly, not just fits

The art of a good multi-purpose court is planning. Which sports take priority, how the line sets overlay without confusing players, which colour zones separate the courts visually, and where posts and sockets go so they serve one sport without becoming a hazard to another.

We build and surface courts for netball, basketball, volleyball, futsal, mini-tennis and combination layouts, in single or multi-court complexes. Colour zoning is used to make the primary sport read instantly, with secondary line sets in contrasting colours that stay legible without cluttering the surface.

Whether it is a single school netball court, a fenced estate multi-court, or a municipal complex of six, the build standard is identical: engineered base, correct falls, acrylic surface system and precise line marking.

Client reviews

What clients say about this service

Feedback from clients whose courts we have worked on.

Our netball and basketball courts were unusable. Ramzey GLM resurfaced both, added new posts and remarked everything. The children were back on court in under two weeks and the difference is remarkable.
Nomsa DlaminiPrimary school, Benoni
From the first site visit to handover the professionalism was on another level. The base work was done properly and the finished court is flawless — the bounce is perfectly consistent everywhere. Worth every rand.
Werner van ZylPrivate estate, Midrand
Four club courts resurfaced with almost no disruption to our fixtures. Clear programme, clean site every evening, and the colour has held beautifully through two summers now.
Grant PetersonTennis club, Pretoria East
They installed new fencing and LED floodlights on our existing court. Court usage in the complex has more than doubled — residents are playing until well after dark. Neat, tidy, on schedule.
Riaan BothaResidential complex, Centurion
We have been on their annual maintenance programme for three years. Reports after every visit, no surprises, and the courts still look like they were resurfaced last season.
Thandi MokoenaHigh school, Johannesburg South
They repaired cracking and a drainage problem that two other contractors had simply painted over. Honest assessment, fair price, and the ponding has completely gone.

Two to three sets of markings is the practical limit before a surface becomes visually confusing for players. We usually recommend one primary sport in strong colour, with one or two secondary line sets in contrasting tones.

Very often, yes. If the base is sound, an existing tennis court can be resurfaced with new colour zoning and additional line sets, and fitted with netball or basketball equipment.

Yes — posts, ground sockets, backboards, rings and nets are all supplied and installed as part of the project, correctly set out to association dimensions.

A standard acrylic hard court system is the usual choice: it handles very heavy daily traffic, is easy to clean, offers good grip in school shoes, and can be resurfaced instead of replaced.

Yes. We regularly work with schools, sports clubs, estates and municipal bodies, and can supply the documentation, specifications and pricing breakdowns those processes require.
