Scheduled programmes
Monthly, quarterly or bi-annual visits — set and forget, with reminders before each service.
Scheduled cleaning, treatment and care that protects your surface investment and keeps courts playable all year.
A surface that is cleaned and treated on a schedule will comfortably outlast one that is left to the weather — often by years.
Our maintenance programmes are built around your court, your usage and your budget. A typical visit includes high-pressure or soft-wash cleaning, moss and algae treatment, debris clearing from surrounds and drains, net and post checks, and a written condition report.
Courts in shaded or tree-lined positions need algae treatment more often. Club and school courts need line marking refreshed more often. Estate and private courts often just need two or three well-timed visits a year. We will recommend the schedule that actually suits the court, not a package that suits us.
Every visit ends with a short report: what we did, what we found, and what is worth watching before the next visit. No surprises at resurfacing time.

The questions we are asked most often about this service.
Speak to someone who actually builds courts.
For most courts, two to four professional cleans a year is the sweet spot. Courts under trees, near irrigation, or in shaded and damp positions benefit from more frequent algae treatment.
Yes. We run scheduled annual programmes for schools, clubs, estates and municipalities, with fixed visit schedules, written reports and predictable annual pricing that is easy to budget for.
Substantially. Dirt, algae and standing water are what break down an acrylic surface. Courts on a regular programme routinely go years longer between resurfacing cycles than neglected ones.
Yes — surrounds, fence lines, drains and gates are included in our standard maintenance visit, because that is where most of the debris and water problems start.
